Working as a performance coach and TRE® specialist, I’ve come to realise the one thing that holds people back is FEAR and our inability to process fear and emotions in a way that helps us overcome blocks and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
It’s why I use a “mind-body” approach to somatic coaching, confidence and wellbeing.
I believe we have to release stress and fear that is stored within our bodies, so our minds and habits can evolve. I combine TRE® (tension release exercise) with somatic coaching to help you overcome barriers and achieve your big goals, whatever they may be.
That’s why I say your body holds the answer to your success.
